This research aimed to find out whether there was a positive effect of parents attention toward the students Bahasa Indonesia learning outcomes on the seventh grade of MTs N 3 Banyumas in Academic Year of 2018-2019. This was descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 172 seventh graders. The samples were taken using proportionate random sampling, so the samples were 115 students. The data collecting technique for the variable of parents attention was questionnaire while for the variable of students Bahasa Indonesia learning outcomes was documentation including the students' scores. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variable of parents attention was on the category of medium, while for the variable of students Bahasa Indonesia learning outcomes was on the category of high. Based on the results, it could be concluded that parents attention gave 10.3% effect toward the students Bahasa Indonesia learning outcomes, while the other 89.7% was affected by other factors that were not studied in this research.
