This study aims to examine the influence of human capital, structural capital, capital employed and corporate social responsibility on company's financial performance. The data used the annual financial statements of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index in 2015-2018. Sample taken using a purposive sampling technique, with the acquisition of a total sample of 43 observations. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that structural capital, employed capital and corporate social responsibility do not affect the company's financial performance, while human capital has a positive effect on the company's financial performance.
