Abstract
This researchis aimed atfinding out the students’ perception towards Intensive English book of English Enrichment Program of UMP. Descriptive quantitative using survey was used as the method of this study. 70 students from 8 departments of Teacher Training and Education Faculty werechosen as the subject of this research. Moreover, 8 students were selected as the interviewee. Questionnaire and interview were used as the instruments in collecting the data. Descriptive statistic was used as the data analysis. The result showed that the students have positive perception towards Intensive English book of English Enrichment Program of UMP. It can be seen from the result of questionnaire that reaches 71%. In addition, the highest percentage is on the students’ perception of vocabulary and grammar on Intensive English bookwith the percentage of 73.1%. While the lowest perception was attractiveness of Intensive English book which covers 66.2%.Based on the findings of the research, it is suggested that the Intensive English book should have improvement in the design, cover andtheillustration in each chapter.
