The purpose of this research is analyse the influence commissioner board, institutional ownership, audit committee and islamic securities against the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure. Type of research is quantitative research with a population of companies listing the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2014-2017. Sampling method used is purposive sampling and the result is 11 companies with 44 observation data. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression. The result showed that variable commissioner board a positive effect against Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure, while variable institutional ownership, audit committee and islamic securities have no effect against Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure.
