This final project is the result of Field Work Practices conducted at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Cilacap. The purpose of this final project was to know and understand the disbursement procedure of Pension Fund Old Age Guarantee Claims for 56 Year-Old Labor Employees in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Cilacap. The method of collecting data used the observation method, documentation method and interview method. The results and evaluation of Field Work Practices was that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has perfomance quite well, but there haven’t flowchart on disbursement procedures claims Pension Fund Old Age Insurance for 56 year-old Employees, so that in providing explanations to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants are still too complicated to understood.
