This study aimed to determine the correlation between the learning process and learning motivation towards learning achievements. The subjects of this research were students of class XI-F of SMP Negeri 2 Kedungbanteng with a total of 31 students. Questionnaire data collection and documentation were taken directly from the source of the students. Quantitative data analysis with product moment correlation and multiple linear regression was used as the method of analyzing the data. The results showed a significant correlation of all problem formulations consisting of learning processes and learning achievements (t count 10.9929> 1.6991 t table), learning motivation and learning achievement (t count 9.8307 > 1.6991 t table), and between the learning process, motivation learning and learning achievements (F count 6.831> 3.340 F tables).
