The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of supervision, leadership, communication, reward and punishment on the performance of members of the police in the ex district Banjarnegara. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection with purposive sampling method obtained 60 samples with several criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results obtained that the supervision, leadership, punishment have negative significant effect toward performance. While communication and reward has positive significant effect toward perfomance of police members in ex district Banjarnegara.
