Type of research used in this research was quantitative research to know work discipline, organization commitment and work stres. Independent variable in this research was work discipline, organization commitment and work stres, while the dependent variable is performance. The object of this research is employees of KPP Pratama Purbalingga, this study used 94 samples of respondents. Data collection techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of t test the analysis shows that the partial work discipline does affect the performance, and the organization commitment partially affects the performance, and work stress partially not affect the performance. The result of F test shows that work discipline, organization commitment and work stres influence simultaneously to performance. The research implications for KPP Pratama Purbalingga have been discussed in this research.
