Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of variable work
discipline, job training, work safety, and job satisfaction on employee
performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this
research used purposive sampling method with the number of sample is 97
respondents. This research took the subject at PT. Muara Kayu Sengon
Jatilawang. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear analysis. The results of
data analysis show that the work discipline variable has a negative not significant
effect, job training has a significant positive effect, work safety has a significant
positive effect, and job satisfaction has negative not significant effect on employee
performance. Based on the results of data analysis show that the work safety
variables is the most influential on employee performance at PT. Muara Kayu
Sengon Jatilawang.
