Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and leadership towards employee work discipline. The populations in this study were employees PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The selection of samples in this study was conducted by accidental sampling 205 employees were used as samples and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. Based multiple linear regression analysis with R test, T test, and F test, the results of this study showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant, job satisfaction has a positive and significant, and leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga
