The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of competence, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT.Telekomunikasi Cilacap. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Telecommunications in Cilacap, totaling 110 people. The sample selection in this study was conducted using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique or census sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, 110 samples were obtained in this study. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test and hypothesis testing.
