This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, certification and organizational culture on teacher performance in SMP Muhammadiyah in Brebes Regency. The research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah in Brebes Regency, the sample used in this study was the entire population of certified teachers. The number of respondents in this study were 108 teachers. Technique of data collection were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile technique of data analysis used SSS version 21 to test the influence of leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, certification and organizational culture on teacher performance. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership variables on performance (8,304> 1,98260) motivation (9,497> 1,98260) has a significant effect on performance, the job satisfaction variable (3,744> 1,98260) has a significant effect on performance, the certification variable (9,531> 1,98260) has a positive and significant effect on performance and organizational culture variables (10.109> 1.98260) effect on performance.
