Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove empirically: 1) Influence ofg aya
leadership on employee performance, 2) Influence of Organizational Culture on
Employee performance, 3) Influence of competence on Employee performance, 4)
Influence of organizational commitment to Employee performance. This research was
conducted by PT. Yodya Karya. The type of research used is explanative research using
quantitative approach. The technique used in data collection is Questionnaire, which is
a method by which the author compiles a list of questions in writing which is then
shared with respondents. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style positively affects
employee performance,2) Organizational Culture positively affects employee
performance,3) Organizational Commitment wasn’t positively affects employee
performance,4) Competency positively affects employee performance.
