The purpose of this study was to prove influence of Profitability and Business Risk, Asset Structure and Company Size on the Capital Structure. The sample used was property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2015 – 2018 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample acquisition of 160 data. Furthermore, the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, asset structure had not effect on capital structure, company size and business risk have a positive effect on capital structure.
