The purpose of this study is to provide evidence of the effect of Profitability (ROA), Size (Leverage), Leverage (DER), and Board of Commissioners' Size (UDK) on Islamic Social Reporting in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2012-2017 Period. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is a Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia submitted on the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2012-2013 period. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique and produces 11 Sharia Commercial Banks with a total of 44 observational data. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found empirical evidence that Company Size (Leer) and Leverage (DER) had a positive role in the disclosure of Islamic Social Reports. And Profitability (ROA) and Board of Commissioners' Size (UDK) have no effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reports
