Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, quality of work life and employee performance with organizational commitment as a medium variable. The independent variables in this study are training, employee placement and job involvement. While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data collection technique used was saturated sampling with a total of 138 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that religiosity in the first model has no significant effect and quality of work life has a significant effect on employee performance. However, the second regression model states that religiosity has a significant effect and quality of work life has no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the sobel test results state that religiosity does not mediate organizational commitment to employee performance and quality of work life mediates organizational commitment to employee performance.
