The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, dividend policy, firm size and growth rate on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable. This study was conducted on companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016 to 2019. Data is obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study include data on the financial statements of companies in the consumer goods industry which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Purposive sampling method using 15 sample companies with several criteria that have been indicated. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. The results of the study reveal that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy, firm size and growth rate do not have a significant effect on firm value. This study also shows that capital structure is able to moderate the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value. Meanwhile, capital structure cannot moderate the effect of dividend policy and growth rate on firm value.
