This Final Project Report discussed about the Procedure of Retribution Receipt in the Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative at Cilacap Regency. The aim was to find out the process of retribution receipt in the Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative at Cilacap Regency. The methods of data collection used interview, observation, and books relating to the receipt of regional retribution. The results of the report showed that the procedure used by the Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative at Cilacap Regency was in accordance to the Regional Regulation No. 05 2011. The improvement of retribution payment from the UPT market to the treasurer was done by transfer so that there would be no corruption or loss of money. the Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative at Cilacap Regency does not have a Flowchart of the receipt of retribution procedures, so the author make a flowchart of retribution receipt based on the interview.
