Annuity (THT) is a dual-purpose insurance program associated with retirement
age and death insurance. Annuity (THT) premium is a premium bill of funds that
are deducted directly from the basic salary of Civil Servants plus wife and child
support. This program provides financial guarantees for participants when they
reach retirement age or for their heirs when the participant dies before retirement
age, and obtains death insurance without having to add contributions. PT. Taspen
(Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that has the Government trust to
manage the Social Insurance of Civil Servants including the Pension Fund and
Annuity (THT) The purpose of this study was to determine how the entry
procedure of the annuity (THT) premium receipt for civil servants at PT. Taspen
(Persero) was. the entry procedure of the annuity (THT) premium receipt for civil
servants made by PT. Taspen (Persero) is in accordance to the Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) of PT. Taspen (Persero) and it runs well, each procedure has
been carried out systematically and has used computerization. This facilitates
employee performance by streamlining time. In PT. Taspen (Persero) there was no
