Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information,
service and trust on user satisfaction with accounting information systems. The
sampling of the technique used the accidental sampling method with a total
sample of 99 respondents who were BCA mobile banking users in Banyumas,
Purbalingga, Cilacap district, Banjarnegara, Kebumen (Barlingmascakeb). The
research analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach Partial
Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that the influence of trust
affects user satisfaction of information systems. The influence of system quality,
information quality, and service quality does not affect information system user
satisfaction
