The study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure
and Intellectual Capital Disclosure with Good Corporate Governance as a moderator on
manufacturing companies the listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2017. Data
analysis technique used in this study was quantitative approach. Sample used in the study
were 73 firm. Data analyzed used in this study were the classic assumption test and multiple
linear regression analysis. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility
Disclosure has an effect toward Firm Value, Intellectual Capital Disclosure has an effect
toward Firm Value. While Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure moderated by Good
Corporate Governance has an effect toward Firm Value and Intellectual Capital Disclosure
moderated by Good Corporate Governance has an effect toward Firm Value.
