Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising, product quality and word of mouth and purchasing decisions. The sample selection in this study was done by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 100 respondents were obtained as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and t-test. The results show that advertising has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, then product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
