This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Firm Size, leverage, and Tax Avoidance towards Firm Value. Population used in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2017. Sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, model match test, and t test. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Leverage have a significant effect towards Firm Value, while Firm Size and Tax Avoidance have no significant effect on Firm Value.
