This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability (ROA), Company Size (SIZE), Leverage (DER), Company Age (Age) and Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) on Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The data used were obtained from the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2013 - 2018. The data collection techniques used were purposive sampling, while the data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially ROA has a negative but not significant effect on CSR disclosure. The partial size of the Company has a significant negative effect on CSR disclosure. Partial leverage has no significant negative effect on CSR disclosure. The company's age partially has a positive and insignificant effect on disclosure of CSR, while the DPS has a significant positive effect on CSR disclosure
