Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous
and partial independent variables Authentic Leadership, Job Stress, Work
Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on the dependent variable Employee performance
on employees of PD BKK Brebes Regency Branch. The population in this study
were employees of PD BKK Brebes Regency, with a sample of 80 respondents.
The data collection technique used in this research is quantitative by using the
analysis of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear
regression analysis, T test and F test. The results of analysis show partially and
simultaneously the variables of authentic leadership, work stress, work discipline,
and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
