Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, price perception and timeliness on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study was consumers of Pandawa Purwokerto confection. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique, namely the method of determining the sample based on certain criteria. Instrument testing is done by validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, t test and sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis revealed that product quality, price perception, and timeliness partially have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. While customer satisfaction has no significant negative effect on customer loyalty. The sobel test results show that customer satisfaction cannot moderate product quality against customer loyalty, customer satisfaction can moderate price perceptions and timeliness of customer loyalty. Simultaneously product quality, price perception and timeliness have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
