Abstract

The quantitative research aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadershipsStyle, work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance on the Trade and Industry Departmen in Banyumas District Trade and Industry Department. Populations in this study were 120 employes of Banyumas District Trade and Industry Department. Samples were determined by simple random samplingt technique and obtained 104 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability,descriptive statistics, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test.
The results of the analysis showed that as partial; Transformational Leadership Style partially has no significant effect on employee performance, the Work Environment partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Work Motivation partially has no significant effect on employee performance and Job Satisfaction partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The style of Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance
