This study aims to examines the effect of sales growth, investment opportunities, inseder ownership, profitability and internal cash flow on capital expenditure. The dependent variable this reasearch is capital expenditure, while independent variables are sales growth, investment opportunities, inseder ownership, profitability and internal cash flow. Population were property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) during 2014 – 2017 periods. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method and obtained 16 property and real estate companies listed in the ISSI. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that investment opportunity has a significant positive effect on capital expenditure, Insider ownership has a significant negative effect on capital expenditure, while sales growth, profitability, and internal cashflow have no effect on capital expenditure.
