Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, supervision, both physical and nn physical work environtment on emplyee performance in Sambel Layah Corporation. This research also examined the mediation role of job satisfaction in the effect of motivation on employee performance. The census method was used to determined samples in this research. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research showed that motivation, job satisfaction, supervision, physical work environment, and non physical work environment have have simultaneous effects on employee performance. As partial: motivation, job satisfaction and physical work environment have significant effects on employee performance, while both supervision and non physical work environment have no effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediated the effect of motivation on employee performance
