Abstract
This research aimed to find out how satisfaction level the users of Joglokerto Trains transportation.Population of this research were all of Jpglokerto’s trains consumers or users which unknown sum, sum of sample be put by 15 or 20 quart of independent yariables formulate so sample such 75 respondent. Data collected by questioner. The validity of questioner are from 0,409 until 0,707 more bigger than r table 0,222 that means all aitems were valid. The reability test were 0,697 untill 0,746 more bigger than 0,60 that means reliabel. Data analyzise by siple statistic thats prosentage. The result of analyzing getting: 1) Satisfaction level Joglokerto trains consumer were hingh, or in the other words satisficate with Joglokerto trains service quality with mean score 4,24 and entry to satisficate categories, 2) Satisfaction level Joglokerto trains consumer in tangible dimention has score 4,24, responsif has score 4,28, assurance has score 4,25, and empathy has score 4,24. All that score entry in the satisfaction level categories high or satisficate, so could been said that consumer satisficated in all the satisfaction dimention of service quality Joglokerto trains.
