This study was aimed at finding out teachers’ and students’ perception on English electronic book for junior high school. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative method. The subject of this research was 9 teachers and 150 students from 3 schools in Purwokerto, namely : SMP 1 Purwokerto, SMP 8 Purwokerto, and SMP 1 Kalibagor. The instruments that was used in this research were questionner and interview. The result shows that the teachers and students had a positive perception of English Electronic Book for junior high school with 69% of teachers percieve possitively and 73% of students percieve possitively.
