This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work discipline, and job competence on the performance of Civil Servants of Education and Culture, Cilacap District. The sample used in this study were all civil servants as many as 130 respondents using saturated sample techniques or census. The analysis used was the F test, t-test, and adjusted R2.
The results of this study were based on the F test which states that job training, work discipline, and job competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t-test obtained; (a) job training has a significant effect on employee performance. (b) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. (c) job competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows the influence of job training, work discipline, and work competence on employee performance by 43%, while the remaining 57% is influenced by variables outside the research model
