The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Board
of Commissioner, the existence of Women Director, Foreigh Ownership and
Independent Commissioner towards Corporate Sosial Responsibility Disclosure
on Sharia bank in Indonesia stock Exchange during 2012-2017. The sampling
thecnic used is puposive sampling method which generated samples from the
company that publish a sustainability report and financial report. Based on
purposive sampling method, the total sample used in this study are 72 samples.
The analysis method used in multiple regression anlysis. The result of this study
showed that profitability and Independent commissioner have a negative and no
significant effect towards Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Meanwhile,
Leverage and the existence of woman direction have no effect towards Corporatte
Social Responsibility Disclosure. Furhermore, Board of Commissioners has a
negative ang significant effect toward Corporae Social Responsibility Disclosure
and Foreigh Ownership has a positive and significant effect towards Corporate
Socal Responsibility Disclosure.
