This study aimed to determine the feasibility of a guidebook of learning about handwashing for Physical Education and to develop clean and healthy life behaviors in first grade of primary schools. It was a research development from Borg and Gall, namely: (1) research and data collection; (2) planning; (3) product draft development; (4) initial field trials; (5) revising the trial results; (6) field trials; (7) improvement of the product of field test results. The validation was carried out by 2 experts namely material experts and media experts. The initial field trial consisted of 20 students of the first grade of SD N 2 Purwokerto Wetan, and the field trial consisted of 50 students of first grade, 20 students of SD N Menganti and 30 students of SD N Locondong. Data analysis of the questionnaires of experts, practitioners and students' responses used Guttman scale and the evaluation category. Expert validation results in the first stage to validate the initial draft of the product obtained 83.00% with a very feasible category, at the second stage, the product validation that was carried out by experts and practitioners after the initial field trial obtained 100% with a very feasible category, and at the third stage, the product validation that was conducted by experts and practitioners after the field trial obtained 100% with a very feasible category. The results of the responses of 20 students in the initial field trial obtained 96.05% with a very good category and the results of the responses of 50 students showed that 20 students obtained 99.05% with a very good category, and 30 students obtained 100% with a very good category. The results of the validation of experts, practitioners and students' responses, it can be concluded that the guidebook of learning about handwashing for Physical Education in the first grade of primary schools is very feasible and is able to develop clean and healthy life behaviors of students.
