This study aimed to analyze the effect of taxation administration modernization, work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture toward tax employee performance. Populations of this research were 98 employees of KPP Pratama Kebumen. Slovin formula and accidental sampling technique was used in determining samples and obtained 49 data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that taxation administration modernization have positive effect toward tax employee performance while work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline have no effects toward tax employee performance. Furthermore, taxation administration modernization, work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture have simultaneously effects toward tax employee performance.
