This is research aimed to examined the effect of Long term Debt to Equity (LDE) and Long Term Debt to Assets (LDA) toward company value with sixe, profitability, and growth opportunity as moderating variables in major sector companies during 2012-2016 period. This research is quantitative research, obtained through purposive sampling, samples are determined by certain criterias. Samples used in this research are 27 companies from the population of major sector companies such as mining and agriculture companies. Research methods used in this research are descriptive statistic, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption tet, and fit model test. The result shown that LDE have significant negative effect toward company value and LDA have significant positive effect toward company value. Size is moderating the casual relationship between LDE and LDA toward company value, while profitability and growth opportunity are not moderating the casual relationship between LDE dan LDA toward company value.
