The research is aimed at testing the effect of working environment, desire
and expectation, necessity, education, and age toward employees’ work
satisfaction in PT. Hariff daya tunggal engineering of Bandung. the object were
the employees of PT. Hariff daya tunggal engineering which consisted of 84
employees. The data was analyzed by multiple linear regression, F test, and T test.
The result showed that work environment affects work satisfaction. The
desire and expectation do not affect work satisfaction. The necessity affects
working environment. The education does not affect working satisfaction. The age
affects work satisfaction in PT. Hariff daya tunggal engineering of Bandung, and
using of coefition determination (adjusted R2) is found the result 0,322.
