This research aimed to know the effect of leadership, motivation, competence and working environment towards performence of employees in PT.Hetira Glehazz. The population of this research was employees of PT. Hetira Glehazz. The 120 employees were chosen where taken as samples. The method of this research was field data survey. The data analysis was done with help of SPSS program (Statistical Package for Science) Version 16. The technique of data analysis used in this research were descriptive statistic, data quality test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test such as data normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroskedastisity, regression analysis, multiple linear regression, R2 test, T test, F test. The finding of the research show that variables leadership, motivation, competence and working area toward performance of employees simultaneously has effect on the performance.
