This research aimed to overcome effects of personality, intrinsic
motivation, and psychological and physical working environment toward nurses’
performance in RSUD (Regional Public Hospital) Bumiayu. Using saturated
sampling technique, it had 70 nurses as its sample. The questionnaire of this
research has been tested using both validity and reliability tests. Based on
regression analysis of t and f tests, partially nureses’ personality affected their
performance significantly. While intrinsic motivation partially did not affect
their performance significantly, and partially psychological working
environment affected their performance significantly. On the other hand,
partially physical working environment did not affect their performance
significantly. Personality, intrinsic motivation, both psychological and
physical working environment affected their performance simulteneously. The
implication of research result on the research object has been discussed in this
research.
