Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, teamwork, organization culture, job satisfaction, motivation, and discipline on work performance at the Rajasa Mas Maos Batik Company, Cilacap. Election This sample uses purposive sampling. The research sample is composed of 100 respondents. Method study in study This is test validity, test reliability, analysis descriptive, test assumption classic, and analysis regression. Results The analysis shows that self-efficacy, teamwork, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and discipline affect work performance. Teamwork, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and discipline have an effect on work performance, while self-efficacy and motivation have no effect on work performance.
