This study aims to: 1) Describe the need for teaching materials for fiction text
analysis (prose) assisted by book creator applications in grade IV elementary
schools; 2) Describe the feasibility results of teaching materials for fiction text
analysis (prose) assisted by a decent book creator application in grade IV
elementary school; 3) Describe the effectiveness of teaching materials for fiction
text analysis (prose) assisted by book creator applications in grade IV elementary
schools that have been developed. This research is an RnD research using the
ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
The products developed from this research are teaching materials that can be
accessed through the book creator application, in the form of epub or in printed
form. The resulting multimodal teaching materials contain images, video, and
audio. The results of the study are: 1) Teaching materials according to the needs of
teachers and students; 2) Teaching materials are declared feasible by experts and
practitioners; 3) Teaching materials effectively improve student learning outcomes.
