The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style,
organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty
simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Cilacap Regency.
The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Simple random sampling method using 62
samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed
that partially organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty
had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style
partially had no effect on employee performance. Leadership style, organizational culture,
work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty simultaneously affect employee
performance at the Regional Secretariat of Cilacap Regency
