The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The population in this study was 110
employees of the Cilacap Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique used
the Non-Probability Sampling technique where the sample used did not provide equal
opportunities for each element of the population to be selected as a sample. The sampling
method used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics
25. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Environment of the Transportation Service. Motivation, Compensation and Work Environment partially have
a positive and significant effect on the Work Environment of the Transportation Service.
While the most influential variable is the Motivation variable with a Beta value of 0.234,
followed by the work environment variable with a Beta of 0.174 and the compensation variable with a Beta of 0.162.
