The aim of the research is to determine the effect of workload, compensation, work environment and occupational health and safety on employee job satisfaction. The objects of this research were employees of the production department of PT Sinar Tambang Arthalestari using a sample of 115 respondents. The data collection technique used was nonprobability sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple regression analysis (determinant coefficient test (r2), F test (goodness of fit), hypothesis test (t). The research results show that compensation, work environment and work health safety have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, workload has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
