This research aims to analyze the influence of principal supervision, organizational commitment and teacher’s performance on the strategies of social science teachers in the Merdeka Curriculum of Muhammadiyah High School, Banyumas Regency. This research used a quantitative approach, the data were collected through questionnaires, observation and documentation, and then data analysis. The nature of the research is ex post facto. The research population were all Muhammadiyah SMA/MA social science teachers in Banyumas Regency. The research sample was a saturated sample of all 31 social science teachers, research data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis with SEM PLS. The research results obtained: (1) There is a significant influence of principal supervision on teacher performance of 81,1%, (2) Organizational commitment has no influence on teacher performance, (3) Principal supervision has no influence on teacher strategies in the Merdeka Curriculum, ( 4) There is no influence of organizational commitment on teacher strategy in the Merdeka Curriculum, (5) Teacher performance influences teacher strategy in the Merdeka Curriculum by 74,7%, (6) Teacher performance is able to increase the influence of supervision on teacher strategy in the Merdeka Curriculum by 60,5%, is perfect mediation and (7) teacher performance is not able to increase the influence of organizational commitment on teacher strategies in the Merdeka Curriculum.
