Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of servant leadership, human relations,
and work discipline on the performance of village officials in Klampok Purwareja
District. The population of this study were village officials in Purwareja Klampok
District. This study uses a quantitative method, and uses a sample of 114 village
officials (respondents) obtained using non-probability sampling, using a saturated
sample technique (census). The instrument used in data collection was a
questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale measurement and the type of research
data used classical assumption testing, hypotheses, and multiple linear regression
analysis using SPSS analysis tools. Partially, human relations does not have a
significant positive influence on performance, meanwhile the servant leadership
variable and work discipline variable have a positive and significant influence on
performance.
