This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of militaristic leadership style, communication, motivation and organizational culture on member performance. The sampling technique for this research uses a non-probability sampling technique and uses a purposive sampling method with a sample of 111 respondents. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, determinant coefficients, model fit, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. The results of this research prove that militaristic leadership style, communication, motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on member performance. Partially there is a positive and significant influence of the militaristic leadership style and communication variables on member performance, while the motivation variable has no influence on member performance, while organizational culture has a positive influence on member performance.
