This study amis to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, work environment and education level on the work productivity of employees of the Public Works Department of Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Banyumas Regency Public Works Office totaling 133 employees, sampling in this study was purposive sampling technique. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires was 110. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test result obtained result: (1) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee work productivity. (2) Work motivation has no effect on employee work productivity. (3) Work environment has no effect on employee work productivity. (4) Education level has a positive effect on employee work productivity.
