Tahfidz Al-Qur'an is one of the superior programs which has now become
the main program in several Islamic schools. The changing times following the flow
of education require educators to be increasingly varied in compiling or designing
appropriate learning strategies in tahfidz learning. Therefore, this is a challenge for
educators as to how educators can improve the memorization abilities of class I
students at SD UMP Purwokerto. The aim of this research is to analyze how the
strategies applied by educators in designing tahfidz learning strategies and the
results or impacts of the tahfidz learning strategies take place.
This research is a type of field research using observation, interview and
documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis uses primary data from
interviews and applicable legislation, where the data collected will be analyzed
qualitatively using descriptive methods, namely describing the description of the
data obtained and connecting them with each other to obtain a general conclusion.
This research shows that the strategies developed by tahfidz educators
themselves have a positive impact. Because educators provide strategies that are in
accordance with what students need, such as a personal approach that can attract
their hearts and use strategies for implementing the Al-Qur'an tikrar which makes
it easier for students to memorize with results that make students stronger and more
enthusiastic in memorizing the Al-Qur'an. -The Qur'an with proof that they can
continue to memorize the Qur'an until they reach the predetermined target, namely
memorizing juz 30.
