Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of location, tourist attractions and service
quality on customer satisfaction of Menggala Ranch tourism in Karang Tengah,
Banyumas Regency (study on Menggala Ranch tourists). The population in the study
is the Menggala Ranch tourists who had visited at least once with a total of 130 tourists.
The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained
from respondents using questionnaires. The analysis technique used multiple linear
regression. The results of this study based on the t-test produced: (a) location has a
positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (b) tourist attractions have a
positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (c) service quality does not
effect on customer satisfaction.
